Wat doe je als Finance manager manufacturing projects
- Develop and implement project cost control processes and systems for capex and opex spending, to ensure the management of approved budgets.
- Develop and implement a control process for project savings.
- Set up a detailed budget tracking system for project resources and their costs.
- Analyze and document variances on quarterly basis vs plan.
- Recommend and manage corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide all stakeholders and the Supply Chain Leadership team on a regular basis with an update of financial performance, cash flow analysis and Opps/Risks vs plan.
- Provide regular updates on quarterly (re-)phasing of project capex, opex, savings and cash forecast.
- Provide strong financial business partnership to the respective Project Leads, to drive together corrective actions, budget/phasing updates and safeguard timely and complete project execution.
- Closely co-operate with the respective plant/cluster directors and controllers, as well as with central Bakery support functions (Engineering, Business Development, Capex controlling, SCR team).
- Conduct regular project audit reviews in order to ensure compliance with accounting principles, the company's policies and internal controls requirements.
Gewenste profiel
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering, influencing and communication skills across a large regional or global, public company; experience working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams to make decisions and drive results.
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
