Lead transformation projects, including system upgrades, logistic network optimizations and process enhancements.
Oversee the logistic & co-pack budget, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency and collaborating closely with the financial controllers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce costs and environmental impact.
Governance of compliance the company's International policies.

Gewenste profiel

A solid experience in logistics, ideally in FMCG.
A pro-active, results-driven mindset, passionate about driving logistic/co-pack change projects.
A passion for systems and processes that drive efficiency.
An analytical process-oriented approach.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to influence senior management.
