Wat doe je als Process Engineer

Following and supporting the daily production processes in Belgium and other plants worldwide.
Optimizing production processes through process analyses and continuous monitoring of production values.
Identifying and addressing improvement proposals and bottlenecks within the production processes.
Taking the lead in process improvement projects, both small and large, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Providing support in the implementation and validation of new machines and processes, in collaboration with R&D and other departments.
Creating detailed process documentation and work instructions to pursue continuous quality and efficiency on the production floor.

Gewenste profiel

You hold a master’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field.
You are structured and can work on projects with a focus on process improvement.
You are willing to travel for short periods as required by the job.
You have a good command of Dutch and English.
What are plus points? Experience in process development and optimization within a production environment.
